Machinist

Responsibilities:

• Learn to set up and operate equipment: surface grinders, heat treat ovens, optical comparators, lathe, mill, CNC, swiss lathe.

• Polish dies and punches.

• Heat treat tools.

• Monitor and maintain inventory of drills, wear items, and metal stock.

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work area at all times.

Requirements:

• Trade School Diploma.

• Understand and read design prints.

• Basic math skills.

• Strictly adheres to safety regulations and procedures.

Tool and Die Maker

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, assemble, and troubleshoot progressive and secondary dies.

• Set up and operate all tool room equipment: surface grinders, heat treat ovens, hone, polishing, etc.

• Inspect dimensions and visualization of parts to meet print criteria using precision measuring instruments such as optical comparators, micrometers, calipers and depth gauges.

• Perform all work necessary to assure that parts produced will meet the specifications and pass internal inspection

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work area at all times.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years' experience with tool and die fabrication, preferably with metal stamping company.

• Preferred knowledge of coining metals, nickel alloy behavior, deep draw, and transfer press techniques.

• Basic math & trigonometry.

Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Production work utilizing automatic and hand equipment.

• Produce machined and metal stamped components.

• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work area at all times.

Requirements:

• Train to operate machinery.

• Train to inspect production components..
