Machinist
Responsibilities:
Learn to set up and operate equipment: surface grinders, heat treat ovens, optical comparators, lathe, mill, CNC, swiss lathe.
Polish dies and punches.
Heat treat tools.
Monitor and maintain inventory of drills, wear items, and metal stock.
Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work area at all times.
Requirements:
Trade School Diploma.
Understand and read design prints.
Basic math skills.
Strictly adheres to safety regulations and procedures.
Tool and Die Maker
Responsibilities:
Design, build, assemble, and troubleshoot progressive and secondary dies.
Set up and operate all tool room equipment: surface grinders, heat treat ovens, hone, polishing, etc.
Inspect dimensions and visualization of parts to meet print criteria using precision measuring instruments such as optical comparators, micrometers, calipers and depth gauges.
Perform all work necessary to assure that parts produced will meet the specifications and pass internal inspection
Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work area at all times.
Requirements:
2-5 years' experience with tool and die fabrication, preferably with metal stamping company.
Preferred knowledge of coining metals, nickel alloy behavior, deep draw, and transfer press techniques.
Basic math & trigonometry.
Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
Production work utilizing automatic and hand equipment.
Produce machined and metal stamped components.
Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work area at all times.
Requirements:
Train to operate machinery.
Train to inspect production components..
