Design and Fabrication

Coining’s Engineering and Tool and Die departments design and manufacture all progressive and secondary tools and dies in-house.

Tool and Die Department

Coining designs all tooling based on a customer-supplied sketch, drawing, or 3D model. Using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo, Coining’s Engineering team and Tool and Die Department work together to design custom dies that produce parts which meet and exceed customer expectations.

Coining uses its extensive Wire-EDM capabilities to build custom tools and dies. These tools and dies are then used to metal stamp components for low to high volume, prototype, and production orders.

Coining has a reputation for building a wide range of complex and high-precision stamping tools. Their experienced Tool and Die Makers will ensure that parts are produced to meet customer specifications, reliably and on time, every time.
